184 has now been renamed as the “Clapton Area Resident Led Improvement List”. Speed bumps will be implemented at Della Path/Brackenfield Road. Plants will also be planted to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement near Rogate House The issues of trees being pruned was discussed and decision will be held at Director level Discussion was held regarding foxes, as they are not deemed as “vermin”. Bin chambers are not being locked, which is causing problems for the refuse team. CPZ (Control Parking Zone) will be implemented. Complaints was raised about the quality and performance of Wates within the Home Improvement Plan (HIP) on the estate. A detailed discussion was held on Wates and ABC informed the meeting that she has invited Wates to attend; but Wates have failed to attend. This will be undertaken 3 more times and failure on Wates to attend, will result in this matter being referred to Councillors. ABC will invite Wates to attend in 2018. The issue of sprinklers (fitted to tower blocks from the 10th floor upwards) was discussed, with leaseholders not been happy with the financial cost for this installation.
